Texture, this year's most eagerly anticipated restaurant, will open its doors in Mostyn Hotel, Marble Arch at Portman Square, London W1, this coming September.
Texture's owners, award-winning sommelier Xavier Rousset and emerging chef Agnar Sverrisson, created the first contemporary dining restaurant where food and wine get equal billing. Texture's light and modern European cuisine will centre on tasty, healthy dishes and one of the most impressive wine offerings in London. Both partners are Raymond Blanc protégés: they met at Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons.
